Stadsbrouwerij Helderse Jongens was founded by two young boys, dedicated to producing the finest quality beers. We made contacted from September,2016, after about 3 months detailed discussion, We Zhuoda company was chosen to be the final supplier of their brewing equipment, it was exciting ,honor ,and full of challenge as their was limited time for us to complete the production for them. To help customer realize their brewing dream, we always do our best, forever..........
Part 1 General view of the 1000l microbrewery in Netherlands
During building this Netherlands brewpub beer system, we learned a lot of knowledge about craft brewing. It lays the first stone for our further discovery in craft brewing system. Almost all the improvement has been the common standard from then on.
The Netherlands craft brewery have 1000l brewhouse four vessels with steam jacket heating, 6sets 2000l cylinder conical fermenters, 1set 2000l bright beer tanks, 3000L Glycol water tanks, CIP unit, control.... Also they have one candle type DE filter,After filtration, the beer will become clear and transparent, with rich shine, more attractively, also it will improve the stability of beer. When you travel to far away place, you may feel free to take some bottles don’t worry the beer will be why not take up several bottles, no worry beer will go bad.
Part 2: Confirmation/ building work/ Inspection of the brewery setup
Finally we got agreement on every detail in Winter of 2016 and we contracted quickly on copy files sent via emails. Yes, we finished most of the talking via emails, Skype or WhatsApp. Here I have to say that we should thank for the modern communication ways that make all communication freely and really efficiently.
Then our team started to work out the detailed manufacturing plan, make mechanical drawing for every tank, purchase the material and accessories etc. When all the paper work was ready and the material was tested to be good, here came the important fabrication processed by our professional team. The fabrication included measuring, stainless steel plate cutting, welding, polishing, jacket fabricating, pressure & leakage testing, piping and system assembly etc. We had specified technician to strictly control and monitor the whole process.
Part 3: Brewery installation and commissioning
The brewery building has been ready before our tanks arrived. Two of our workers are sent to help install this 1000liter brewery system. Place all tanks in their right position as in the floor plan; Adjust the foot pads to make sure all tanks horizontal and vertical; Then glycol piping and brewhouse piping were connected; Connect the electric cables; Build the steam supply lines; finally this craft brewery plant was ready for commissioning. If everything works well for two days, we can do the insulation work for brewery glycol cooling system. Everything was done. The next step was to waiting for prepare several type of pet craft beer for the Opening Day.
Part 4: Open the craft brewery plant with some celebration
Do invite people who has paid big attention to your brewery. They cannot waiting for tasting your real craft beer from this brewery equipment.

2 vessels steam heating beer Brewery equipment

A. Brewery equipment use 300kg per hour working capacity double roller stainless steel miller, Max working capacity 350kg per hour, make sure service brewhouse working well. Double roller can be adjust, help brewmaster milling the malt with a right size.

Whole stainless frame in a humid environment is not easy to rust, power, plug type and color can be customized.

B. The configuration is 500L 2 vessels steam heating Brewery equipment (mash&lauter tun,kettle &whirpool tun) with 2 stages 5 square meters heating exchanger to make sure finish wort cooling within 15-20 minutes. 10 liters hops filter tank for beer clearly and exchanger safety.

Mash tun have two type racks agitator, boiling tun have mixer, both with frequency converter help control working speed, and be sure the temperature of saccharification process is balanced and the whirlpool is more thorough. false bottom use 0.7mm clearance wedge wire, easy for lauter and spary process. 2 pieces SUS 316 360 degree rotating CIP ball cooperate finish cleaning process. Inner surface pickling and passivation tanks, avoiding surface have hygienic dead cornor was left over bacteria.

Brewery equipment with steam jacket on bottom and cylinder be sure hae enough heating area for tanks to short the mashing time. More than 72 hours pressure testing for steam jacket 2 bar, be sure steam leakage damage the insulation material.
With this heating jacket design can use 3 type mashing way: boil malt mashing, water heat mashing and one temperature stage mashing.

2 vessels Brewhouse have glass manhole on top with sight light, during the mashing and boiling process, no need to open the manhole lid avoid brewmaster hurt by hot steam. Steam condensation pipe collect the water to a small tank. Brewhouse tank connect use food grade stainless steel 304 piping with pipe sight glass, easy to check the lauter process effect,
